Return & Refund

If, for any reason, you are not happy with the item you received, please e-mail info@vancentralmint.com or contact us via our chat. We are always ready to help you and answer all your questions. 

·        You can return your product for up to 14 days on your own shipping costs. Please make sure that the products are not used and contact us before you ship the items.

·        Once your returned item has been received by us, we will notify you with a confirmation of receipt by email. All approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

·        All shipping costs are non-refundable.

·        All items must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received, along with all certificates, etc., together with a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt. Any items altered from their original shipping state will not be accepted for exchange or return.
