The Undisputed commemorative circulation coin celebrates the historic achievement of Oleksandr Usyk, who became the undisputed heavyweight world champion in May 2024 — the first in over a quarter of a century.
Issued by the National Bank of Ukraine, this coin honours Ukrainian athletes whose victories have elevated Ukraine onto the global stage and symbolise strength, resilience, and national pride.

This release captures both the cultural heritage behind Usyk’s story and the spirit of invincibility that defines modern Ukrainian sport.

Design Features

Obverse

A traditional Crimean Tatar ornament — representing Oleksandr Usyk’s Crimean roots — appears against a smooth background.
This pattern was selected by Ukrainian designer Elvira Hasanova as part of Usyk’s face-off imagery ahead of his title fight, symbolising the unbreakable connection between Crimea and Ukraine.
To the right:
